Standard delivery within Switzerland takes three to five working days from production completion. Most products take one to three working days to produce after artwork approval. Express options are available for urgent deadlines. Delivery is free on all orders.

Yes. Most printed products can be produced in separate language versions within the same order. For some items, German, French, and Italian content fits in a single layout. Contact the team when uploading artwork if multilingual versions are needed.

What file format should I use to upload artwork?

Vector files are preferred: AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts converted to outlines. If you only have a JPEG or PNG version of your logo, the in-house design team can assess whether it is usable or prepare a vector redraw at no extra cost.
