Laser engraving suits cork, bamboo and wood, leaving a clean mark with no ink. Recycled cotton and RPET take screen and transfer printing well. The best route depends on the material, and a graphic designer recommends the technique and sends a free preview before production.

Which file formats should I send for my artwork?

Vector files such as AI, EPS or high resolution PDF give the cleanest result. JPEG or PNG files can be accepted once the graphic team has checked the resolution. If you are unsure, send what you have and the designer will tell you whether it is suitable.

Are shipping and customs costs included in the price?
